1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained 4 tbsp. Thousand Island dressing 1 tbsp. butter 3 (3 oz.) pkgs. sliced corned beef, chopped 2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded 2 c. rye bread crumbs 1/4 tsp. caraway seeds Spread sauerkraut in 13"x9"x2" baking dish. Spread with dressing and sprinkle with caraway seeds. Top with corned beef and cheese. Spread crumbs on top. Dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. |
