SUMMER TUNA CAKES | |
1 med. zucchini 1 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) can of tuna, drained 1 1/2 c. bread cubes (3 slices) 1 egg 2 tsp. grated onions 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. salad oil Finely shred zucchini, pat dry with paper towel. In bowl mix zucchini with next 7 ingredients. Shape into patties. Put in frying pan in hot oil. Cook until browned for 8 to 10 minutes. |
