1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 beaten egg
1/4 tsp. pepper

SAUCE:

Other 1/2 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar

Combine all meat loaf ingredients and place into pan. Pour mixed sauce ingredients over meat. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Allow meat to cool for about 5 minutes.
