2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. sausage
1 c. fine cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1 onion, diced
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. brown sugar

SWEET SOUR SAUCE:

2 cans tomato soup
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
2 tsp. mustard
2/3 c. brown sugar

Mix ingredients for meatloaf and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Mix together ingredients for sauce. Simmer the sauce for 5 minutes. Pour half of the sauce over the meatloaf at the end of hour and bake for 10 minutes more. Serve meatloaf with the remaining sauce.
