FRUIT PIZZA 
2 sticks butter, melted
2 c. flour
4 tbsp. sugar (less is okay)

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes on a pizza pan.

Mix: 1 c. powdered sugar 4 or 6 oz. Cool Whip

Spread over crust.

Starting at outside arrange fruit around pizza, using a different fruit for each row. Cover fruit with the following cooled sauce. Dash of salt 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 c. orange juice 1/4 c. water 2 tbsp. lemon juice

Cook over medium heat until mixture boils 1 minute. Then cool before spreading on fruit pizza.

Strawberries, raspberries, grapes, apples (sliced), mandarin oranges, bananas (sliced), kiwi fruit, peaches, pears or plums are just suggestions to use - or any combinations you want.
