ROASTED CORN ON THE COB 
2 (8 inch) ears fresh corn
4 tsp. butter
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper

Turn back corn husk and remove silks. Spread ears with butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pull husk back up, tying tightly. Roast on grill over hot coals for 20 to 30 minutes; turn often.
