TORTILLA BAKE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 lg. onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water
12 flour tortillas
15 oz. grated cheese
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can green chilies, chopped
Salt & pepper

Brown meat and onion in skillet. Add garlic and enchilada sauce. Simmer 20 minutes. In saucepan combine soup, water and chilies. Grease baking dish and line with tortillas cut in quarters. Add in layers: meat, soup, cheese, tortillas. Top with cheese. Cover, let stand 1 hour, then bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
