Mix in bowl:

2 1/2 c. flour
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. grated citrus peel

Beat 3 minutes. Bake in bundt pan 55-60 minutes at 325 degrees.
