CHEESY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen, chopped broccoli
1 (8 oz.) carton commercial sour cream
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 c. chopped celery
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well. Place in a lightly greased 2 quart casserole. Combine next 4 ingredients and spoon over broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
