CHEESY HAM - BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 can sour cream
1 c. ham, chopped
1 c. cooked rice
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 to 2 tbsp. butter, melted

Cook broccoli in small amount of water until almost tender; drain. Mix soup and sour cream together in a large bowl. Add broccoli, ham, rice, salt, and pepper; stir together. Spoon into a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Mix bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake, uncovered, in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbling. Serves 4 to 6.
