BROCCOLI-HAM BAKE | |
1 (16 oz.) med. size macaroni shells 1 clove crushed garlic 1/2 lb. cooked ham, cut in pieces 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed and cut in pieces 1/2 c. butter 1 c. whipping cream 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese Cook shells according to directions. Drain. Saute garlic, ham, broccoli in butter until broccoli is crisp tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in cream. Cook over medium heat 3 minutes. Stir in cheese. Lower heat and cook until cheese is melted. Toss with shells. |
