LEMON GLAZED FRUIT STICKS 
1 pkg. Betty Crocker date bar mix
1/2 c. hot water
1 egg
1 c. raisins
Lemon Glaze

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease lightly oblong pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Mix date filling and crumbly mix, water, egg and raisins thoroughly. Spread in pan. Bake about 20 minutes. While warm, spread with Lemon Glaze. Cut into bars, about 3 x 1 inch. About 2 1/2 dozen.

LEMON GLAZE:

3 tbsp. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 to 3 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

Blend butter and sugar. Add lemon peel and juice; beat until smooth.
