LEMON CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. lemon Jello
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. orange juice
2 tsp. lemon flavoring
4 eggs, separated

GLAZE:

1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
Lemon juice

Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry in a small bowl. Set aside.

Mix all the other ingredients together. Fold in egg whites. Pour into a tube pan that has been greased and floured. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.

Combine confectioners' sugar and lemon juice. Glaze cake while still warm.
