POPPY SEED CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1 pkg. instant lemon jello pudding
5 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. poppy seeds
1 tsp. almond extract

Beat ingredients for 5 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees in cake tube pan for 45 minutes.
