PARTY SALAD 
1 pkg. lime or lemon Jello
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, soft
1/2 c. celery, chopped very fine
1/3 c. nuts, chopped
1/8 tsp. salt
2 pimentos
1 c. whipped cream

Drain pineapple well. Heat juice to boiling to dissolve Jello. While that cools, mash pimento into the cheese with fork and add salt. Add to Jello when Jello is of a syrupy consistency, then add celery, nuts, pineapple and whipped cream. This will fill one ring mold.
