JANE'S LEMON CONGEALED SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
3 oz. pkg. lemon Jello
1 env. plain gelatin
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. salad oil
8 oz. soft cream cheese, quartered
2 heaping c. crushed ice

Drain pineapple into a cup to get 1/2 cup pineapple juice. Put pineapple and nuts in main bowl.

In food processor put all Jello and lemon juice. Heat 1/2 cup pineapple juice to boiling and put in container. Blend in processor for 30 seconds.

Put in everything else but ice; blend 30 seconds.

Put in ice and blend for another 30 seconds. Pour over pineapple and nuts.
