PINOCCHIO SALAD WITH BREADSTICKS 
1 lg. head lettuce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lean ham
1 pkg. Hormel pepperoni slices
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. mushrooms, drained
1 c. carrots, grated
1 pkg. Pillsbury Soft Breadsticks
butter
Garlic sprinkle or garlic powder
Favorite salad dressing

(Preheat oven for breadsticks.)

Tear lettuce into large bowl. Cut up ham and pepperoni. Layer ham, pepperoni, mushrooms, both cheeses and carrots. Put breadsticks into oven and cook as directed. Make hot garlic butter for dipping breadsticks by melting butter in a small bowl(s) in microwave. Add garlic. Sprinkle to taste. Serve salad with your favorite salad dressing. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
