LEMON SURPRISE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow or lemon cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water
4 eggs

GLAZE:

1/4 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. hot water

Mix cake mix, gelatin, oil, water and eggs. Beat for 5 minutes. Pour batter into greased 13 x 9 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until cake tests done.

Mix glaze ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved. While cake is still warm puncture cake with a toothpick and pour warm glaze slowly over cake allowing it to penetrate cake. Serve with whipped topping.
