SMOTHERED STEAK 
1 1/2 lbs. chuck or round steak, cut in strips
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lg. onion, sliced
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. flour
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms (opt.)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen French style green beans, partially thawed

Roll steak strips in flour, salt and pepper. Coat well. Put strips in crock pot. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours. Serve with rice.
