1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1/2 lb. butter
1 lb. brown sugar

Melt butter (don't boil). Add it to the ice cream and then beat in the brown sugar. To make drinks, put 1 tablespoon mix, 1 shot of rum and fill cup with boiling water.
