HOT BUTTERED RUM 
1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened

Cream butter, brown sugar, powdered sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon with electric mixer; blend in ice cream. To serve, spoon 2 to 4 tablespoons ice cream mixture into a mug. Add 3 tablespoons rum and 1/2 cup boiling water. Garnish with cinnamon sticks.
