HOLIDAY CRUNCH PIE 
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. sliced apples
2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
2 tbsp. butter

Combine all and mix well. Spread in deep dish pie plate. Cover fruit with crunch topping but keep away from edges of plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Serves 8.

CRUNCH TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. flour
Pinch salt
2/3 c. chopped walnuts

Cream together until blended.
