SNOWBALLS 
1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. nuts
2 egg yolks

Cream sugar and butter. Add beaten yolks, nuts and pineapple. Spread between vanilla wafers. Refrigerate overnight. Cover with Cool Whip and coconut shortly before serving. 30 servings.
