DUTCH MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can Hunt's tomato sauce
1 egg
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt

Lightly mix beef, bread crumbs, onions, 3/4 cup Hunt's tomato sauce, egg, salt and pepper. Shape into loaf in a shallow pan. Combine remaining Hunt's sauce with rest of ingredients. Pour over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Baste several times. Serves 5. Recipe can be doubled.
