1 c. nuts
1 box cake mix, white or chocolate
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 lb. box powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 pkg. cream cheese

Mix nuts, cake mix, butter and eggs and put in cake pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over cake mixture. Bake 350, 35-40 minutes.
