BAKED CHICKEN BREAST 
1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1 can mushrooms
8 oz. sour cream

Mix crushed Ritz crackers and Parmesan cheese. Melt butter. Dip chicken breast in butter and then in dry ingredients. Place in 9 x 13 pan. Mix together mushroom soup and 1/2 cup water. Mix well and add to this mushrooms and 8 oz. sour cream. Pour over chicken breast. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
