BUTTERSCOTCH YULE LOG 
12 oz. pkg. butterscotch morsels
3 c. sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Slightly beaten eggs
Pecan halved

Melt butterscotch morsels over hot (not boiling) water. Remove from water. Stir in condensed milk and vanilla. Add chopped pecans; mix well. Chill until firm enough to handle. Form into 12 inch roll on waxed paper. Roll tightly in waxed paper.
