CHIPPED BEEF DIP 
2 1/2 oz. chipped beef
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. dried onions
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped fine

Cut beef fine. Add remaining ingredients. Put in buttered pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Use as a spread on crackers.
