CHIPPED BEEF DIP 
2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened with 2 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. chopped (tiny!) green peppers
4 tbsp. chopped onions
1 (5 oz.) jar chipped beef shredded with scissors
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. pecans

Fold in 1 cup sour cream and place in small casserole. Brown 1/2 cup pecans (chopped) in butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly (or microwave checking every 2 minutes). Serve with Triscuits, etc.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
