HONEY PLUM PUDDING 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. honey
1 egg
1/3 c. heavy cream
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 jar each candied cherries and pineapple, chopped
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch salt
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. chopped dates
Whipped cream

Spoon into greased one-quart mold. Put on a rack in a kettle of boiling water, allowing water to come half way up around the mold. Cover and steam 3 hours or until done.

Serve hot with whipped cream. Serves 6.
