EASY CHICKEN PIE | |
6 pieces boiled chicken 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 stick butter 1 c. chicken broth 1 c. Bisquick 2/3 c. milk Boil and debone chicken. Chop fine. Put in baking dish with butter. Mix soup and broth. Pour over chicken. Mix Bisquick with milk. Pour around edge of baking dish. (This forms crust for pie.) Bake in 375 degree oven until crust is brown. Season with salt and pepper to taste. (Optional 2-3 boiled eggs can be added to chicken.) |
