SCALLOPED CHICKEN 
1 (3-4 lb.) chicken, cooked and boned
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. quick cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. bag potato chips

Mix together all ingredients, except potato chips, and press into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Top with crumbled potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. If using baking pan instead of dish, bake at 400 degrees.
