CUBED STEAK CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 to 2 lb. cubed steak
5 potatoes, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. milk
flour

Salt and pepper the steak. Roll in flour and brown in hot skillet. In a buttered baking pan, layer steak, onion and potatoes. Mix soup with water and milk. Pour over layered ingredients. Cover with aluminum foil.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Remove foil, then bake another 15 minutes.
