SCALLOPED CABBAGE | |
1 sm. head cabbage 1 can cheddar cheese soup 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. cream Salt and pepper to taste 1 c. bread croutons Cut cabbage and boil 10 minutes; drain. Then add cheese soup, cream, butter and salt and pepper to your liking. Arrange croutons on top and bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |
