HAM QUICHE 
Pastry for single pie crust
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
6 thin slices ham
2 eggs
3/4 c. half and half
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese

Bake crust at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with bacon, cover with ham. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into pastry. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until custard is set, serve warm.
