“SHERRY'S BOWTIES WITH SAUSAGES & PEPPERS” IS IN:

SHERRY'S BOWTIES WITH SAUSAGES &
PEPPERS
 
1/2 (16 oz.) pkg. bow-tie pasta
1 lb Italian spicy turkey sausage
2 red bell peppers, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
1/2 cup beef broth
1/4 tsp black pepper

Cook pasta as directed, drain, keep warm. Cut sausages into 1-inch pieces. In skillet, cook sausages & peppers until sausages are browned. drain off any fat. Add broth and pepper to skillet. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Toss pasta with sausages and pepper mix.
