“SHERRY'S CHEESY CHEYENNE BURGER” IS IN:

SHERRY'S CHEESY CHEYENNE BURGER 
1-1/2 lbs ground lean beef or turkey
Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
1 1/2 tbsp. canola oil
8 thin slices smoked sharp cheddar cheese
4 hamburger buns, split, toasted
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
8 slices crisp, cooked bacon
8 fried onion rings

Divide meat into 4 equal portions. Form each portion into 3/4-inch thick burger. Make deep depressions in center of each burger with thumb. Season both sides with salt and pepper. In pan, heat oil over high heat. Add burgers, cook until golden brown 3-5 minutes. Flip burgers over.

Cook 5-8 minutes, topping with cheese during last minute of cooking. Place burgers on buns and slather with BBQ sauce. Top with bacon. Top with onion rings and top buns.
