CHEESY HASHBROWNS 
1 bag frozen hashbrowns (not the shredded kind)
1 jar of Cheeze Whiz
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 16 oz container sour cream
2 tbsp melted butter
crushed cornflakes
minced onion, optional

Preheat oven to 350.

In a bowl, mix together the Cheeze Whiz, soup, and sour cream till smooth. Place hashbrowns in glass 9x13 baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

Pour the cheese mixture over hashbrowns. Melt the 2 tbsp butter and mix with some crushed cornflakes.

Put cornflakes over the top of the cheese mixture and bake, covered, for 45 min. Uncover and bake an additonal 15-20 min, or until bubbling and golden brown.

Use Cheeze Whiz with jalapenos, cream of potato soup instead of cream of chicken. Sprinkle potatoes with salt pepper, garlic powder and cayene pepper. Omit corn flakes.
