BAKED LASAGNA 
1 1/4 lbs. ground beef

Brown and drain.

Add the following to browned meat and simmer uncovered for 20-30 minutes (stir often):

1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. parsley
1 lb. can tomatoes
1 tbsp. basil
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste or sauce

Cook 1 (10 oz.) box lasagna noodles until tender in salted water. Drain and rinse in cold water.

Combine next 6 ingredients:

3 c. cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 1/2 tbsp. parsley
2 tsp. salt

Place layer of noodles in 13x9 baking dish. Alternate layers of cheese mixture, Mozzarella cheese, noodles and meat mixture. Repeat layers. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let stand 10-15 minutes before cutting into squares. 10 servings.
