BAKED VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
2 pkgs. frozen California style vegetables
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 1/2 c. French fried onion rings, crunched
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 can milk

Cook and drain vegetables (microwave on high for 7 minutes). Heat soup with 1/2 can of milk. Stir in sour cream and add onion rings. Mix vegetables and soup mixture together. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle cheese on top and add additional onion rings, if desired. Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
