JIMMY CARTER DESSERT | |
2/3 c. unsalted crushed peanuts 1 c. flour 1 stick butter 1/3 c. peanut butter 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. powdered 10x sugar 1 lg. Cool Whip 1 sm. instant vanilla pudding 1 sm. chocolate pudding 2 1/4 c. milk Combine softened butter and flour until smooth. Add nuts. Press this mixture into a buttered 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool crust. Then blend together peanut butter, cream cheese, 10x sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip. Mix well. Spread this over crust. Do not mix pudding according to directions. Mix puddings together and add 2 1/4 cups milk. Spread this over peanut butter layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts. |
