DILL BEAN PICKLES 
Green Beans
Dill
Garlic cloves
red pepper

Brine:

8 cups water
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salt

Cook green beans until tender, not soft, pack in hot jars, add to the bottom, middle and top - pieces of dill. Add one clove of garlic and a dash of red pepper. Pour boiling brine over beans and seal.

Brine combine ingredients and let come to a boil and pour over beans in hot jars and seal.
