ZIPPY BBQ BEEF 
2 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 bottle (14 oz.) catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. chopped celery
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown beef in butter, breaking up with fork. Add 1 cup water and remaining ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally about 15 minutes. Serve on buns.
