CASHEW NUT LOAF | |
1 1/2 to 2 c. chopped celery 1 c. chopped onion 1 can mushroom soup 3/4 can of water 1/4 tsp. salt 1 env. George Washington broth mix 1 1/4 c. raw cashew nuts ground 2 1/2 c. Chinese noodles Saute celery and onion in small amount of oil in skillet. Mix together all ingredients except noodles. Allow to set about 1/2 hour. Add crisped noodles just before baking. Mix well. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes. |
