DEVILED SHRIMP SAUCE 
1 med. onion, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. butter
1 can condensed chicken broth (10 1/2 oz.)
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. steak sauce
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. red pepper sauce
1 to 2 tbsp. lemon juice

In medium saucepan, cook and stir onion and garlic in butter until onion is tender. Stir in chicken broth, water, steak sauce, mustard, salt and pepper sauce. Heat to boiling; simmer 15 minutes. Stir in lemon juice. About 1 1/2 cups.
