SCALLOPED POTATOES 
5 or 6 lg. potatoes, peeled and sliced
3/4 c. non-dairy creamer
2 tbsp. dry onion flakes
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. butter
Chunks of meat or cheese (optional)

Mix together the non-dairy creamer, flour, onion flakes, paprika, and salt. Layer potatoes and mixture in a 2-quart casserole. Boil water and butter in a saucepan. Pour over potatoes and stir. Bake until done at 350 degrees about 1 hour. Meat or cheese may be added.
