FROSTED MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. hamburger
2 eggs
1/2 onion, cut in sm. pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
4 or 5 slices bread soaked in water
1/2 c. milk
Parsley, optional
Oregano, optional

TOPPING:

1/4 - 1/2 bottle ketchup
1/2 c. sugar, white or brown
3 tbsp. mustard

Squeeze water out of bread and add to hamburger. Mix all ingredients together and spread in a pan (11x9x2 approximately).

Mix topping and spread on top of meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour. Cut into squares to serve. Serves 8.
