TUNA CASSEROLE 
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna fish
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 med. onion
1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
1 pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook elbow macaroni 7 to 8 minutes and drain. Saute diced onion in butter. In bowl mix soups, plus 1/4 can water, tuna, salt and pepper, sauteed onions. Add macaroni and 1/2 package of cheese. Mix well and put into greased casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese. Cover with foil and bake in 400 degree oven for 3/4 to 1 hour.
