1 (29 oz.) can canned beef in juice 1 (29 oz.) can canned pork in juice 1 #10 can tomatoes 1 (50 oz.) can tomato soup 1 (50 oz.) can water 1 #10 can kidney beans 1 c. minced onion 1 tbsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. oregano 3 tbsp. chili powder 1. Dice meat chunks into small pieces. 2. Mix all ingredients together and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes to mix flavors. Adjust seasonings. Yield 48 (6 ounce) servings. |
