SOFT PRETZELS 
1 pkg. yeast
4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 egg
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix yeast, water, sugar and salt in a bowl. Stir in flour. Knead until smooth. Shape into any desired shape. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 15 minutes.
